Susan was a vibrant young woman with a zest for life, a strong will and many talents and gifts. Unfortunately the gift of independence was too much for her to handle at 16 years of age. This tragedy should never have happened, Susan had her driving licence and her own car but made the fatal mistake of getting in a car with a someone who had neither of the above.
I know all you teens think that you can conquer the world, but please realize that parents set rules for a reason THEY LOVE YOU more that any of you will ever realize until you have children of your own. I hope and pray that you all live long enough to enjoy that kind of love and not the unbearable pain of losing a child.
Susan Boyes was one of three girls who died in an accident one day after school.
All three made wrong decisions that day and all three paid the ultimate consequiences. We all make wrong decisions sometime. But when it comes to making wrong decisions in a car the results can be LIFE TAKING! If there is any doubt think twice.
Susan or Susie Q as she was known will be loved and remembered by her family every day - the pain never goes away, we just try and focus on the good times that we had during the 16 years that we had her in our lives.
